Content Moderation Policy

VelvetWorld is an 18+ platform for conversation between consenting adults. This policy explains what is not allowed, how we monitor the platform, and what happens when a rule is broken. It applies to Users and to Models.

1. Who may use VelvetWorld

Everyone must be 18 years or older. Visitors confirm this at an age gate, and Users confirm it again when they register.
Models apply and are screened by our team through a private chat before approval. Models must be at least 18 and must verify their age and identity with a valid government-issued ID.
We may ask any User or Model to verify age or identity at any time and may suspend an account until they do.

2. What is not allowed

Any content involving, or appearing to involve, a person under 18. This is reported to the authorities.
Nudity and sexually explicit photos, videos, or live video. VelvetWorld does not allow pornography.
Non-consensual content, content shared without the other person's permission, threats, blackmail, or harassment.
Soliciting or arranging in-person meetings, escort services, or any sexual service or transaction.
Sharing or requesting phone numbers, emails, social media handles, or links in order to take the conversation off the platform.
Illegal activity, fraud, hate speech, impersonation, or content that violates someone else's rights.

3. How we monitor

Chat messages are automatically screened for attempts to move the conversation off the platform, and such messages are blocked.
Photos that Models mark as private are shown blurred to members who have not unlocked them, and photos are watermarked with the viewer's name to discourage leaks.
Our team reviews reports and may review reported messages, photos, or calls, and may review other content on the platform to enforce these rules.
Models are screened before approval, as described above.

4. How to report

Email support@velvetworld.net with the username and a short description (screenshots help). Reports about a possible minor or about threats are treated as urgent. We review every report and act on confirmed violations.

5. What happens when a rule is broken

Depending on how serious the violation is, we may remove content, issue a warning, suspend or permanently close an account, and withhold unused Coins or unpaid earnings connected to the violation. Where the law requires it, or where someone may be in danger, we report to the authorities. If we close your account and you believe it was a mistake, you can appeal by emailing us; see our Dispute Resolution Policy.

6. Models' responsibilities

Models are responsible for the content they post and for following these rules in every chat and call. Models must keep their account secure and may not allow anyone else to use it.

7. Changes

We may update this policy as the platform changes. The date at the top shows the latest update.
